Customer Service Assistant-Trainee
Reporting Structure:
- Senior Customer Service Assistant
 
Responsibilities:
- To ‘BreadTalk Branch’ and suggestive selling
 - To operate POS functions including payment modes, promotion key, voucher redemption, staff meal, staff discount, and transaction void
 - To perform POS opening and closing without supervision
 - To handle POS transactions accurately and effectively during peak hours
 - To prepare cash deposit accurately
 - To handle cake receiving upon delivery and perform proper cake storage, tagging and maintenance
 - To handle cake booking, inquiries and delivery
 - To handle product ordering and receiving upon delivery
 
Requirements:
- Non / has experience in the service industry
 - Customer service oriented
 - Dynamic, pleasant and cheerful personality
 - Minimum Secondary education
 - Bilingual in English and Khmer
 - Good Communication Skills
 - Interest in the Job

Baker Trainee
Reporting Structure:
- Supervisor (Baker 2, 3 & PH)
 
Responsibilities:
- Assisting production head in daily operation duties
 - Learning and familiarizing the necessary technical skills, basic knowledge of kitchen operation, management, bakery arts, outlet flow and all production workstations
 - Carry out additional duties and achieve desirable results assigned by the supervisor
 
Requirements:
- Non experience needed as training will be provided
 - Positive mindset with good learning attitude, service-oriented and strong interest in baking
 - Minimum general high school education
 - Keen to learn and show great passion in bakery
 - Bilingual in English and khmer (written and spoken)
 - Stamina to work through long hours
 - Team player
 - Readiness in continuous learning
 - Honesty and integrity
 - Flexibility
 
Cake Chef
Reporting Structure:
- Head of Cake Chef, Senior Cake chef
 
Basic function
- To assist the head of cake chef and senior cake chef in maintaining the highest standard of cake quality with creativity and consistency
 - To build and maintain a strong efficient team
 
Responsibilities:
- To control wastage
 - To check on freshness and preparation of stock, sponge, cake assembly, decorating items and daily usage materials of cake processing
 - To perform monthly, weekly, and daily ordering of ingredients and packaging in individual section.
 - To execute all cake production
 - To prepare miser-en-place for the following day
 - To maintain cleanliness in cake production area at all times
 - Respond to directly train to all staff in each station of cake production so as to provide constant consistency in cake preparation, taste, texture, temperature, visual appeal and potion
 - To follow up all any cake production staff regarding the skill, machinery use, equipment use, and material using by focusing on SOP
 - To exercise care in preventing the use of spoilt or contaminated products in any phase of cake preparation
 - To coordinate the receiving of material order from warehouse.
